Kenvue Inc. has named Penelope Giraud, President of Skin Health & Beauty for Asia Pacific and Latin America, leading the strategic direction of its portfolio of brands, including Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Dr. Ci Labo, in the regions.
Giraud previously spent 23 years at L’Oréal, where she focused on skincare and beauty, with strong expertise in dermatological skincare, healthcare professional engagement, marketing, and digital strategies.

At L’Oréal, Giraud led the global team that integrated CeraVe into the portfolio. She also led the La Roche-Posay brand in the United States.

Before joining L’Oréal, Giraud spent time at Danone and Nestle, in marketing roles of increasing responsibility in the food and supplements space.
