Nick and Vanessa Lachey Sell Honolulu Home for $9.45 Million

Nick and Vanessa Lachey’s Hawaiian home has officially traded hands, exactly two months after the Love is Blind co-hosts returned it to the market following two years of ownership. Per Realtor.com, the contemporary home sold last week for $9.45 million—$300,000 less than the couple’s asking price, but still up from the roughly $8.8 million that they paid for the 7,000-square-foot residence in May 2022.

Before packing their bags for Oahu, where Vanessa filmed three seasons of NCIS: Hawai’i, the pair and their three children resided in Encino, California, which is where they’ve returned. Last month, the television hosts bought a $6.8 million six-bedroom farmhouse in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood.

NCIS: Hawai’i, for which the Philippines-born actor made history as the franchise’s first female lead, was canceled in April, prompting the move back to LA. “Home is where the heart is… Hawai’i, you will always have my heart!” Vanessa wrote on an Instagram post on August 13. “Mahalo Nui Loa for 3 beautiful, magical years you gave me and my family! Now, on to the next adventure.”

The family’s modern new abode similarly features a glass pocket door that accesses the backyard, though the slide-away wall is quite a bit smaller and less dramatic than the one found in the Honolulu house. Covered dining and lounging patios, an electric fire pit, a barbecue area, a pool, and a petite pool house are all found outside. The home also features a well-appointed basement complete with a ping pong table, a wet bar, a wine wall, a safe room, and a tiered and soundproof movie room.
