Lacoste exec Catherine Spindler succeeds Sylvie Moreau, effective January 27.

LVMH-owned retailer Sephora has named Catherine Spindler as the new President of Sephora Europe and the Middle East, effective January 27, 2025. She will report to President and CEO Guillaume Motte.
Spindler succeeds Sylvie Moreau who served as President EME since 2021.
Spindler previously served at Lacoste as Deputy CEO since September of 2022. She has also served as the Chief Brand Officer for Lacoste, overseeing products, customer experiences, and licenses.
Motte commented,
“Catherine’s mission will be to continue writing Sephora’s growth trajectory in Europe and the Middle East with our talented teams, gaining market shares in this historic region for Sephora. She will keep elevating our brand and our customer’s experience across all touchpoints of our journey, while reinforcing loyalty… I am sure she will bring immense value to Sephora’s EME region and that she will be a tremendous addition to our Sephora Global Leadership team.”
Before Lactose, Spindler worked at Vente- Privée Group as its Chief Marketing Officer. In 2001, she joined Rocher, overseeing Yves Rocher’s expansion into Asia.
Spindler began her career at LVMH at the House of Guerlain.
